Rueil‑Malmaison city has launched a huge development program which covers a total area of about 26 hectares including housing, public equipments and tertiary premises, scaled on several years up to 2025. 

ENGIE COFELY entrusted the first phase of creation of the heating network to SMT, forming part of the sustainable ecological and development objectives of Rueil‑Malmaison city.

1.4 kilometers of insulated ÉPOCAL® have been erected with 500 mètres in a large diameter. Installation of several valves chambers together with important concurrent activities did not curb quickness of our erection. 

SMT is proud to have lent our know‑how to this main district project in the west of Paris.
